Experience

Michael Balan possesses the expertise to structure and execute even the most complicated funding requirement.  With nearly 15 years experience in all facets of commercial and real estate lending, and a precise understanding of institutional credit policies, Michael can identify and deliver the most appropriate funding source.  His involvement in commercial underwriting and lending with money center banks such as Bank of America, Republic National Bank of NY (Now HSBC), Mellon Bank, Amresco Commercial Finance and Banco Latino International afford Michael the necessary insight to present credible and easily approvable loan requests.  The key to achieving success in today's volatile economy is choosing a financing partner that is dedicated to supporting your needs and capable of competing even during periods of economic uncertainty.

Michael was recently named Honorary Chairman of the Business Advisory Council, a member of the Presidential Business Commission and Businessman of the Year in FL by the NRCC.  In his capacity as Honorary Chairman, Michael will lend his enthusiasm and expertise to a national forum for the advancement of small business issues across the United States.

Michael was recently appointed to the Presidential Business Commission by Congressman Tom Delay of Texas.  The Presidential Business Commission is an elite group of leading business and professional people who will act as advisors to the Republican leadership on matters relevant to the reelection of key members of the President's congressional team.

Michael is the Vice President and Co-Founder of the first Miami Beach, Business Networking International Chapter.  BNI is an international network of professionals who pursue advancement of their enterprises by contributing to the improvement of all members of their individual chapters.  The BNI core philosophy of "givers gain" has encouraged all members to achieve the optimal efficiency in exchanging strategic referrals and referral sources.  The Miami Beach BNI chapter has grown to 30 members, each from a distinctly different industry.  The group is expected to reach 40 permanent members by April of 2003.  We have exchanged in excess of 1,000 qualified referrals in less than one year.
