MICHAEL BALAN ACCEPTS POSITION WITH US CAPITAL ADVISORS
MIAMI BEACH, FL –Michael Balan, a former SVP with 15 years of business and restaurant lending experience, has been named President of US Capital Advisors.
US Capital Advisors is a Miami Beach-based Commercial Mortgage Brokerage company that specializes in financing restaurants and other businesses nationally. US Capital Advisors also arrange real estate financing, working capital, acquisitions, liquor license loans and equipment leasing.
Balan is a well-known South Florida Mortgage Banker who has worked for several money center banks and national finance companies. Most recently, Balan headed up the Florida office of Amresco Commercial Finance’s Business Lending Group. Prior to Amresco, Balan has been a commercial lender with Bank of America, Mellon Bank, Banco Latino International and Republic National Bank of NY.

Acquisition financing was recently obtained for Sushi Siam of Key Biscayne, which purchased an existing restaurant space and adjacent retail space. Financing for the acquisition of a 24-unit waterfront apartment building was also arranged for the same client.
