Dealer Equity Program
Purpose
Fee simple ownership of your retail site is the key to growth in today's fast paced retail petroleum business. The Dealer Equity Program is a one-stop financing resource to enable retail petroleum dealers to purchase their current site or add one or more additional locations.
Minimum Criteria
Closing in 45 to 60 days from receipt of a complete underwriting package and signed term sheet with deposit check. Third party reports may delay closing if not ordered and delivered promptly.

Franchise and independent - All concepts
Fee simple (loans up to 85% loan to value or cost) or leaseholds (up to 70% LTV)
Single or multiunit operators
All borrowers must have direct industry management experience, equity to invest and good to excellent credit.
